Intended use

This kit is used to qualitatively detect the abnormality of human 20q gene in cytological samples or paraffin-embedded tissue samples in vitro. This kit is not combined with specific drugs for clinical evaluation, and its detection results are only for clinical reference and should not be used as the only basis for individualized treatment of patients. Clinicians should comprehensively judge the test results according to the laboratory indexes such as patient's condition, drug indication, treatment response and so on.

 Test principle

According to the principle of complementary pairing of DNA bases, 20q12 (D20S108) orange probe and 20q33.3 green probe were used to hybridize with the DNA target sequence in the nucleus, and the gene state information in the nucleus was observed and analyzed under fluorescence microscope.
