• Canine Distemper Virus

• Canine Parainfluenza Virus

• Bordetella bronchiseptica

• Mycoplasma

• Chlamydia

The kit uses a lyophilized rapid PCR formatand is designed for oral, nasal, and ocular mucosal swab samples.

Oral, Nasal and Ocular Swab Samples

The product instructions specify oral, nasal, and ocular mucosal swabs.

Sample Processing

1. Collect the oral, nasal, and ocular mucosal swab.

2. Place the swab head into the lysis solution.

3. Vortex for 30 seconds.

4. Transfer 20 μL into the reconstitution solution.

5. Vortex for 10 seconds.

6. Transfer 20 μL into the lyophilized PCR reagent.

7. Run the fluorescence PCR program.
